Refund Policy for Get Your Lawyers

Get Your Lawyers (“GYL”) is a platform owned and operated by its parent company, Richstream Sky Labs Private Limited (the “Company”), a company incorporated under the laws of India. This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and upgrades purchased through the Get Your Lawyers platform.

1. Refund Policy

We offer a free forever account that allows you to evaluate the Services at no cost before deciding to upgrade. Accordingly, all subscription fees and payments made through the Services are non-refundable once they have been processed. This applies to all paid subscription plans, including renewals, upgrades, and downgrades, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

2. Upgrades and Downgrades

Any upgrade to a higher subscription plan shall take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, as applicable. Downgrades shall become effective upon commencement of the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

Once you upgrade to a paid subscription plan, you may downgrade to a lower paid plan; however, downgrading to the Free Forever plan is not permitted. Continued use of the Services after an upgrade requires an active paid subscription unless the account is closed in accordance with these Legal Terms.

3. Subscription Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of your subscription duration.

1. For example, if you cancel your subscription midway through a billing period, your account will remain active until the billing period ends, allowing you to utilize the services for the time you have already paid.

4. Adjustment of Cancellation Date

Upon canceling a subscription, the effective cancellation date will automatically adjust to reflect the full subscription period for which payment has been made. No partial refunds or adjustments will be provided for unused time within a subscription period.

5. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing until cancellation. To avoid unintended charges, please ensure that you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Any renewal charge applied before a cancellation takes effect will be treated in accordance with this Refund Policy.

6. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay in processing subscription-related requests due to events beyond its reasonable control.
